Reports on Advocate Misconduct

A complaint against an advocate has to be in form of a petition.

It has to be duly signed and verified as required under the code of civil procedure.

Any activity or behavior of an advocate in violation of professional ethics for his selfish end constitutes a misconduct.

If an act creates disrespect to his profession and makes him unworthy of being in profession, it amounts to professional misconduct. The petition could be made to the South Sudan Bar Association.
